Our Goal is to empower and help increase access to decent employment, careers, and entrepreneurship opportunities for women. GLOW uses their voice to help advocate for gender equality leadership roles by empowering women to navigate and take the lead. With curated workshops we work together to obtain new skills and knowledge on both building a career and entrepreneurship.
